Having had such a successful run at encourging creativity and confidence through artistic practice to children at last years Steadyhanded Summer Art Classes in Holywood , we are now putting the final touches to this years 3 WEEK PROGRAMME!
We have planned workshops in observational drawing and painting through still life and abstract art form. There will be print making, puppetry, collage, watercolour art projects, mono printing, marble print, mirror image string painting, toothpick sculpture with edibles (yum!), kite design, making and decoration, colour, mounting, display, framing, caricature, cartoon storyboarding, layout and presentation..to name but a few!
This years activities have been tailored to suit young artists between the ages of 6-9yrs and 9-13yrs and as always, our team of professional artists will encourage all participants to have great fun whilst engaging in each of the artistic practices on offer.
Classes will run from the upstairs hall at Queens Leisure Complex in Holywood, from July 1st to 21st, from 10 am – 2.00 pm (Please note there will be no classes on July 12th)
Prices for classes are:
£25 per session DAILY
£100 for 5 days 1 WEEK
£180 for 10 days 2 WEEKS
£240 for 14 days 3 WEEKS
All materials will be provided.
